Will my files disappear if I stop paying?+
When a paid plan expires, the account can enter a read-only grace period. You may download existing files but cannot upload above the free allowance. Deletion, if applicable, only follows the retention timeline stated in the Terms and notices.
Can an interrupted iPhone upload continue?+
Yes. When you select the same file again, the service checks its fingerprint and continues missing chunks instead of creating another copy. iOS can still stop browser activity after Safari is closed.
How does Locked Folder work?+
Locked Folder adds PIN protection before the folder can be opened from your account. If you forget the PIN, use the available account recovery process.
Where are files stored?+
Files are stored securely using private account identifiers rather than public folders based on customer display names.
Can I use the service on Android and iPhone?+
Yes, through a modern mobile browser. Native App Store and Google Play apps are planned and currently shown as Coming Soon.
How does duplicate protection work?+
The service compares account, filename, size and upload fingerprint information. Completed matches are rejected and interrupted sessions are resumed.
What does Unlimited mean?+
Unlimited plans remain subject to fair use, technical limits and the Acceptable Use Policy. They are not intended for abusive automation, illegal content or resale of raw capacity.
How do refunds work?+
Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances in the Refund Policy. Heavy storage use, abuse, policy violations and non-reversible payments may be excluded where legally permitted.
