1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms and related policies. You must have legal capacity and provide accurate information.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for credentials, account activity and recovery information. We may suspend access where compromise, abuse or unlawful activity is suspected.
3. Storage service
We provide browser-based storage, upload, organization, download and Locked Folder features. Features and technical limits may change to maintain reliability and compliance.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Prices, quotas and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Promotional partner accounts may receive complimentary renewal while eligible.
5. Expiration and retention
After expiration, an account may become read-only. Files are not promised to remain indefinitely without an active plan. The configured retention timeline applies.
6. Your content
You remain responsible for your files and grant us limited rights necessary to host, transmit, protect and troubleshoot them. Keep independent backups of irreplaceable files.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
8. Termination and changes
We may restrict accounts that violate policy or create material risk. Updated Terms take effect when posted or as required by law.
